Description
2019 WDDO-019 is a doubled die obverse on the 2019 Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. LIBERTY shows sloped extra thickness; the date shows no doubling. Obverse markers: a small chip between LIBERTY's E and R; a small chip under the G of GOD on its right side; two small chips close together, centered between the bottom of the N in IN and the G of GOD; and a chip left of the shoulder. On the reverse, a crack heads SW from CENT's T, starting at its bottom. Steve Young submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references. Wexler notes this listing replaces the original 2019 WDDO-019, which proved to come from the 2019 WDDO-005 die at an earlier stage and was merged into that listing.
