Strong extra thickness shows on the letters of LIBERTY. Notches show on the lower left of the RTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found between the lower two and zero in the date. A small die gouge can be found west of the center of the back of the head. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found SW of the J in JFM. Obverse:
