Class VIII, Tilted Hub DoublingClass VIII doubling shows below the upper portion of the door frame on the center door above the steps. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Die cracks on left edge of building and in field to left of building; small die gouge below first O of MONTICELLO; small die gouge below R of PLURIBUS.
