Class VIII, Tilted Hub DoublingClass VIII doubling shows below the upper portion of the door frame on the center door above the steps. Die Markers: Obverse: Die dot to lower right of E of WE. Reverse: Die chip in upper portion of S of CENTS; die chip to left of designer's initials FS; die crack through upper portion of STAT of STATES; slanted die crack above top right corner of building.
