Class VIII, Tilted Hub DoublingClass VIII doubling shows below the upper portion of the door frame on the center door above the steps. Die Markers: Obverse: Short slanted die gouge from rim above R of TRUST. Reverse: Slanted die scratch from O of OF to rim; short die gouge inside right upright of second U of PLURIBUS.
