Description
Strong Class VI type extra thickness shows on all design elements around the rim, but is definitely strongest on the right side of the obverse. Extra thickness also shows on many bust details. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs SW from the bottom of the 9 in 1893. A small die gouge can be found below the T in PRESIDENT. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found inside the lower N in UNITED. A die scratch runs from north to south midway between the F in OF and the first A in AMERICA.
