Part of the Presidential Dollars 2007 to Date series, the 2011 (P) Presidential Dollar - James Garfield, Position A is a dollar from the Philadelphia Mint. Total mintage reached 6.0 million. The obverse features rotating portraits of each U.S. president in order of service, released four per year, while the reverse displays the Statue of Liberty. Designed by Phoebe Hemphill/Don Everhart.
