Description

Doubling shows on the upper right side of the turret below the cloud just to the right of the turret. Die Markers: Obverse: A short die scratch runs from WSW to ENE a little NE of the 1st T in STATES. A die crack runs through the upper designer’s initials. A short die crack can be found near the front point of the base of the bust. Reverse: None significant. Obverse:
