Description
2007-P WA WDDO-003 is a doubled die obverse on the 2007-P Washington state quarter, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling is on the earlobe's underside. Obverse markers: a crack across the bust's base; a small gouge left of the E of STATES near its base; a gouge between the R and I of AMERICA; two gouges right of the C of AMERICA; and a small gouge well above the GO of GOD. Reverse markers: die pitting through the 89 of 1889; three strong east-west scratches through the STA of STATE; a gouge between the H and I of WASHINGTON; and a gouge between the 1 and 8 of 1889. Eric Schmidt submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
