2004 (D) Lincoln Memorial Cent - Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-007

Description

2004-D WDDR-007 is a doubled die reverse on the 2004-D Lincoln Memorial cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling covers the Memorial floor across the first seven columns, the top of the left post, the lower left sides of columns 7, 8, 9 and 10, and the left side of the right post. On the obverse, gouges lie in the field right of the lower head. On the reverse, there is die pitting left of the top of the first column, a gouge in the upper part of the N in CENT, and a gouge right of the T in CENT, high up. John A. Wexler submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
