Description

Doubling shows on the lower left side of the 7th column to the right of the statue’s legs. Doubling also shows on the left side of the lower left leg. Die Markers: Obverse: EDS. None significant. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found above the right end of the bottom step on the right Memorial base.
