Die gouge far above the 00 in the date. Die gouge above the right side of the last 0 in the date. Reverse: Die gouge near the rim far below the right end of the memorial. Small die gouge in the lower 11th bay. Small die gouge below the right side of the R in AMERICA. Small die gouge inside the first U in PLURIBUS.
