Numerous die gouges above the B in LIBERTY. Die gouge on the vest far above the B in VDB. Die gouges above the 6 in the date. Large die gouge between IN and the back of the head. Die gouge at the rim above IN. Reverse: Die clash remnant in the 4th bay. Die gouge between the A in STATES and the P in PLURIBUS. Multiple die gouges above the T in CENT. Large die gouge right of the bottom of the E in CENT. Large die gouges above the N in ONE. Die gouge in the lower opening of the first S in STATES. Die gouge left of the E in EPU. Die gouge above the bushes on the left side of the building. Die gouge above the bushes on the right side of the building.
