Description

A spread towards the rim shows on ONE CENT, the E dot P in EPU, the top of the shrubbery on the Memorial bases, and slightly on the designer’s initials. Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found below the left side of the E in LIBERTY. A die gouge can be found to the left of the lower N of IN. A die gouge can be found above the right side of the 1st 9 in the date. Reverse: A die gouge can be found inside the lower N in UNITED. A short, vertical die gouge can be found to the right of the upper S in PLURIBUS. Obverse:
