Exhibits strong doubling on IGWT, LIBERTY, and date with Class I rotation. Stronger on IGWT than ERTY of LIBERTY. Doubling is also visible on the upper portions of the hair. Rotation point between center and K3 at rim.Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch under the jaw on the neck running nearly parallel to the jaw.
