Description

A CW spread shows from a pivot at about 12:00 on IGWT, slightly on the date, and the L and Y in LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A vertical die gouge can be found SW of the L in LIBERTY. Reverse: A die gouge can be found to the left of the top of the star below the right side of the A in STATES.
