Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA nice spread toward the center shows on LIBERTY, the star, the date and the designers initials. Die Markers: Obverse: Short horizontal die gouge on bottom front of coat near rim. Reverse: Vertical die gouge just left of center of E of STATES.
