The 1965 Doubled Die Reverse DDR-004 is a doubled die reverse (DDR) variety, where die hubbing misalignment produced visible doubling on the reverse design. This variety was discovered on the 1965 Kennedy Half Dollar, part of the Kennedy Half Dollars Silver Clad 1965-1970 series.
