Description
1965 WDDO-001 is a doubled die obverse on the 1965 Roosevelt dime, cataloged by the Wexler team. A very close spread toward the center appears on the designer's initials, and slightly on LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST. A short NW gouge leaves the top of the date's 5, and another runs NE from the top of IN's I. Wexler notes no reverse markers. John Bordner submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
