Description
An extra eyelid can be found south of the main eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: A short, diagonal die gouge can be found just right of the lower 6. Reverse: A light die scratch runs NW from the upper left 1st Memorial column to the bottom of the N in UNITED. Two parallel die scratches run SE from the upper right 2nd T of STATES to the upper E of STATES. Two parallel die scratches run SE from the bottom of the L in PLURIBUS to the top of the N in UNUM.
