Doubling shows inside the upper 3 in the date. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs NE/SW between the 9 in the date and the mint mark. Die scratches run NE/SW through RTY in LIBERTY. Reverse: Die scratches run ESE/WNW above the right roof and into the R in AMERICA. A gently curving die scratch runs from the left lower base ESE above ON in ONE.
