A spread towards the rim shows on IGWT. Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratches run SW from the neck to the right of IGWT. Die scratches run mostly SW/NE to the right of the bust. Numerous other die scratches can be found throughout the obverse. Reverse: Short vertical die scratches can be found between the first T and the A in STATES.
