Description

Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA nice spread toward the center shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and FIVE CENTS. The spread decreases from left to right. Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouge through D of GOD; series of die scratches between back of head and LIB of LIBERTY. Reverse: Short diagonal die gouge from left roof line just left of dome; die gouge WSW from left side of dome.
