Affecting a broad range of reverse design elements, WDDR-018 on the 1960 Lincoln Memorial Cent Proof Small Date exhibits a spread towards the center on the U of UNITED, ONE CENT, the bottom of the Memorial building, the designer's initials, and slightly on AMERICA. No noteworthy obverse die markers have been recorded. The reverse carries three die gouges that serve as the primary attribution diagnostics: a short vertical die gouge on the upper right cornice, a small die gouge between the E and N of CENT, and a die gouge to the right of the center of the T in CENT. These three markers, concentrated in and around the denomination text, provide efficient confirmation points for collectors who have already identified the centerward spread on the denomination letters.
