Description

The 1960 Proof Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-018 is a doubled die reverse (DDR) variety, where die hubbing misalignment produced visible doubling on the reverse design. This variety was discovered on the 1960 Lincoln Memorial Cent - Proof Small Date, part of the Lincoln Memorial Cents 1959-2008 series. Die markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A short vertical die gouge can be found on the upper right cornice. A small die gouge can be found between the E and N of CENT. A die gouge can be found to the right of the center of the T in CENT.
