Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA close constant spread toward the center shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. A very close spread shows on FIVE CENTS. An extremely close spread shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM. Die Markers: Obverse: Short vertical die gouge under queue west of 0 of date; long diagonal die scratch from tip of Jefferson's nose to under his eye. Reverse: Short die gouge extends north from center of right side of second A of AMERICA.
