Description

The 1960-D Jefferson Nickel CU-5c-1960D-12 to 15 is a cud error, a type of major die break at the rim where a piece of the die broke away, creating a raised featureless blob at the edge of the coin. This variety was discovered on the 1960 (D) Jefferson Nickel, part of the Jefferson Nickels Original Design 1938-2003 series.
