Description
An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse also has a minor RPM listed in the Wexler RPM Files as 1959-D 1¢ WRPM-050. It is a D/D Tilted (Rotated) showing on the lower serif. Reverse: A short die scratch extends from the bottom right of the M in AMERICA. A short vertical die scratch can be found to the left of the top of the E in AMERICA. Obverse:
