Description
Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA nice spread toward the center shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FIVE CENTS and ELLO of MONTICELLO. All spreads are constant. Die Markers: Obverse: Almost vertical die gouge in hair east of eye. Reverse: Die dot in center of right arch; curved die gouge inside left arch; die gouge (dot) inside upper portion of B of PLURIBUS.
