Description
Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA spread toward the center shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FIVE CENTS, CELLO, the right side of the building and E PLURIBUS UNUM with all spreads increasing significantly from left to right. Die Markers: Obverse: Curving die gouge in hair at back of head west of E of LIBERTY. Reverse: Die gouge (dot) in field above and between T and S of CENTS; another between lower part of T and S; die gouge (dot) to left of bottom of C of CENTS; die gouge (dot) inside second U of PLURIBUS.
