Description
An eyelid shows closely to the south. Die Markers: Obverse: Circular die scratches around most of the outer obverse. Heavy die gouge under the bust right of D in V.D.B. A clash is present at the neck. The mint mark is extremely close to the tip of the 5 in the date. Reverse: An early die crack/pre-die crack impression is present in the outer left wheat grains. Die scratches run NE/SW throughout much of the reverse. Several short, heavy die scratches are present in NUM in UNUM. Obverse:
