Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingClass II doubling shows on LIBERTY, the star and the date. Die Markers: Obverse: Two die scratches between R and T of LIBERTY; die scratch inside lower portion of B of LIBERTY. Reverse: Long die scratch below LO of MONTICELLO; slanted die scratches inside large semicircular window.
