Description
A strong Class II spread towards the center shows on EPU, the dots, both wheat ears and stems, and the upper letters of ONE. Die Markers: Obverse: Two short, vertical die gouges can be found to the right of the lower ear. Reverse: A horizontal die scratch can be found on the upper left N of CENT. A short die scratch runs from NNW to SSE on the lower right N of CENT. A short die gouge runs NW from the top of the 2nd T in STATES. Obverse:
