Description

An extra eyelid can be found above the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs NNW/SSE to the right of the upper Y in LIBERTY. Reverse: Die gouges can be found inside the upper N of ONE. Die pitting can be found to the right of the T in CENT. Short vertical die scratches can be found above the left side of the U in UNITED.
