Description

A CCW spread from a pivot at about 7:00 shows on the BERTY in LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom of the I in LIBERTY. Reverse: A die gouge touches the right underside of the first S in STATES.
