1945-S Doubled Die Obverse WDDO-013

Description

An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse is also an RPM listed in the Wexler RPM Files as 1945-S 1¢ WRPM-036. It is an S/S East. Numerous die scratches running north & south to the left of the back of the head. Die scratch running north in front of Lincoln’s lips continuing and ending above the eye. Reverse: Numerous die scratches running north & south on entire reverse. Obverse:
