Class V, Pivoted Hub DoublingClass V doubling shows on STATES OF AMERICA, FIVE CENTS, UNUM, and LLO of MONTICELLO. Die Markers: Obverse: Two die scratches extending south from Jefferson's chin. Reverse: Listed as WRPM-019 and by CONECA as RPM#27. Die dot to right of S of CENTS.
