Class V, Pivoted Hub DoublingA CCW spread from a pivot at about 3 o'clock shows on IN GOD WE TRUST. Die Markers: Obverse: Small die gouge inside U of TRUST; die scratch running south from bottom right of W of WE. Reverse: The reverse is an RPM listed as 1945-P 5c WRPM-031, P/P East.  Short die gouge running NNW/SSE above right arch; die gouge running NNW from steps on bottom right of building.
