Description

Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingClose Class II spread shows on IN GOD WE TRUST, seen best on GOD. Die Markers: Obverse: Very weak N/S die crack through the center of the collar. NE/SW die crack through the upper hair. A second NNW/SSE die crack right of the previous. Reverse: The reverse is a RPM listed as 1943-S 5¢ WRPM-011, S/S Tilted. Die crack south from the top of the dome that turns right and runs toward the bottom of the third pillar. Feeder finger scrapes between UNUM and the right roof. Die crack across the top of the right roof. Thin concentric die scratches on the center of the building. N/S die scratches above the small right window.
