The 1941 Philippine Twenty Centavos is a United States cent from the Philippines Twenty Centavos 1903-1945 series — a late issue, 24th of 26 years in the series. In 1941, coins were struck at the M Mint. The obverse features a female figure standing beside an anvil and the reverse displays an eagle above a shield. Struck during the Great Depression, when mintages dropped sharply and the United States abandoned the gold standard in 1933. Struck in silver.
