The 1907 Philippine Twenty Centavos is a United States cent from the Philippines Twenty Centavos 1903-1945 series — an early issue, 5th of 26 years in the series. In 1907, coins were struck at the San Francisco Mint. The obverse features a female figure standing beside an anvil and the reverse displays an eagle above a shield. Produced during the Progressive Era, when President Theodore Roosevelt championed a renaissance in American coin design that produced some of the most beautiful coins ever struck.
