Description

Doubling shows as a spread to the north on IGWT and the underside of the nose.Die Markers: Obverse: Parallel die scratches run SW from the bottom of the E in LIBERTY. A die scratch runs ESE from the bottom of the Y in LIBERTY. Reverse: A die crack runs down the right wing and extends to the upper left side of the Q in QUARTER.
