A close spread shows on the 40 in the date. Die Markers: Obverse: Small die chip on left side of 0 in the date. Strong die scratch running NNW from upper left side of L in LIBERTY. Die scratch running ESE under 194 and into the vest. Reverse: Criss-crossing die scratches through and left of T in CENT. Mostly vertical die scratches through UN in UNITED. Criss-crossing die scratches running north and NE through AT in STATES. Multidirectional die scratches running through MERI in AMERICA. Obverse:
