The 1934-D Repunched Mintmark RPM-001 is a repunched mint mark variety of the United States nickel. This variety was discovered on the 1934 (D) Buffalo Nickel, part of the Buffalo Nickels 1913-1938 series. Die markers: UVC-135 DMR-005 Stage A: EDS (unconfirmed) Stage B: MDS (unconfirmed) Stage C: Die crack Southeast from plain above F of FIVE through C of CENTS to rim – LDS Obverse is LDS. D/D West. MMS-001 (Small mintmark). I need to see a specimen for new color, high-magnification, digital photographs.
