=1924-S VAM-1D Die Chips Below L= Discovered by Michael Ash, July 2006. 1D II 1 · B2a (Die Chips Below L) I-2 R-6 Obverse II 1– Two small die chips near rim below L in LIBERTY. Reverse B2a– Tiny die chip at top of eagle’s right shoulder. Comments: 1. Note- LDS examples exhibit shortened reverse rays above O & A of DOLLAR on the reverse.
