Description
A strong Class V CCW spread from a pivot at about 12:00 shows on the upper olive branch and leaves, the eagle’s talons, the back feathers on the lower legs, and the underside of the right wing. Die Markers: Obverse: A long die crack runs along the base of the bust. Reverse: VLDS
