1921-D VAM-1AY Die Scratch ICA, Scribbling Die Scratches #77 Discovered by John Kohut, July 2004. 1AY (revised) IV 1 D2a (Die Scratch ICA) (189) Obverse IV 1 - Very slight doubling and tripling on some right and left stars. Reverse D2a - Fine long die scratch thru ICA in AMERICA starting from top right of I thru C to bottom left of A. Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagle's left wing and body. Die marker - Die scratch thru ICA and one short horizontal and one diagonal die scratch at right side of eagle's right leg feathers.
