1900-S VAM-31 Shadow Outline Polished ST Discovery 2021 by PacificWR. III2 1 - C3j (Shadow Outline Polished ST) (189) Obverse III2 1 - Date at left edge of normal date position. Reverse C3j - Normal V S mint mark set a little high. Shadow outline of ST in STATES from over polishing. Die marker - Die polishing lines in wing-neck gap. Emission Sequence Obverse: 1900-S VAM-31, 1900-S VAM-21, 1900-S VAM-21A Reverse: Comments: The exact same obverse die was used to produce the 1900-S VAM-21, 1900-S VAM-21A & 1900-S VAM-31.
