A very close spread towards the center shows on the stars, IGWT, and the left side of the outer ribbon.Die Markers: Obverse: Die crack from right point of bust to star R1. Die crack from star R1 not quite reaching star R2. Reverse: Reverse is WDDR-004. Typical die chip in upper right second S of STATES.Submitted By: A. B.
