This coin is a Top 100 Morgan VAM '''3''' (revised) '''III2 4 · C3c (Doubled Profile, CC/CC Top, Spitting Eagle) ( ? )''' '''Obverse III2 4–''' Slightly doubled profile of Liberty head from nose down to jaw. '''Reverse C3c -''' V CC mint mark tilted left. Left C strongly doubled at top outside & lower left inside. Right C slightly doubled at top outside. Later die states show only left C doubled & a die gouge shows below eagle’s beak as spitting eagle. Diagonal die gouges at outside of eagle's left leg & between bottom & middle arrow shafts. Fine pitting & isolated polishing lines below both eagle's wings.
